Do I keep my domain name?
Yes. Your domain stays registered where it is now, in your name. We only point it at the new site, which takes two small settings changes. We can do it for you or send you the two lines to copy in.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We only change the records for the website. Your email records stay exactly as they are, so your inbox keeps working through the switch.
What if I don’t like the preview?
Tell us what to change and we’ll adjust it. If it still isn’t right, simply say no. You pay nothing and your current site stays as it is.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time with no fee. If you want to keep the site, you can buy the files outright at the listed price and host them wherever you like.
How quickly can my site go live?
Your preview is usually ready within two working days. Once you approve it, the switch normally happens within a day.
